Individual action plan
In addition to an implementation plan, our participants make an individual action plan. It has a holistic view of recovery from mental illness and you get help to formulate personal sub-goals in different areas of life that are meaningful to you.
It can, for example, be about breaking social isolation, having a functioning everyday life or eventually getting into work experience or studies.

Coaching support person
Our participants get their own support person to meet regularly. This person works both as someone you can talk to and practical support. We know that the need for support can vary over time, so by agreement we can increase, decrease or change the support based on current needs and wishes.
